My name is Aditya Mishra. I hail from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and currently I am pursuing an Integrated Masters' Degree in Physics at IIT Kharagpur, India.

I have always been fascinated with the world around me, ever trying to explain why things work the way they do. And so far the curiosity has always gotten the best of me. Among these are the things no one has never seen up front, from galactic clusters to binary blackhole mergers. These are the things that fascinate me to most, and makes me want to dedicate my life to the pursuit of the truth of.

Another one of my passions is tinkering with computers, and trying to reach the limits of what these rules abiding machines are capable of. I love making small softwares, interest projects (like my overnight rendition of Bad Apple on CMD), and automating tasks to make my life ever easier. I try to open-source as much of my work as possible, and I always try and look for ways to contribute to interesting projects created by amazing people all around the world.

I research in the grand domain of Physics, specifically in the sub-disciplines of Astronomy, Astrophysics, Cosmology and High Energy Physics. These are the fields where I am able to most efficiently merge these two biggest passions of mine: Physics and Computer Programming.

As of now, I am working in the field of Machine Learning in Astronomy to replace the traditional methods of data analysis. I am also working on visualization of the early evolution of the universe to the cosmic web.
